    Terms & Conditions

    We have just a few things that we would like to make sure you are aware of that relates to scheduling and the use of our studio. Below is a list of TNS Terms & Conditions. Please be sure to read this in full. We want to make sure everyone is aware of our processes.

    Content Liability

    The Network Studios (TNS) is not responsible for the content of any Podcast, VODcast or Voiceover recording. Any use of unlicensed content or materials will the responsibility of the Client. This includes all unlicensed music, videos and audio content.

    Canceling a Scheduled Recording Session Updated

    We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a studio reservation. We charge $25 for cancellations that occur within 48 hours of your scheduled time. We charge $75 for cancellations that occur within 12 hours of your scheduled time. If you fail to show up for a scheduled recording session without notifying us at all, you’ll be charged a fee of $100. Be in front of your recording sessions and let us know in advance to avoid any unnecessary fees. To cancel, you can either submit a cancellation form or call us at (323) 761-0690.

    Unscheduled Overtime Minutes Updated

    We will impose a $5 per minute for audio recording sessions and $10 per minute for video sessions, for every minute you decided to go over your allotted session recording time. You will be billed immediately after the recording session. Payment is due immediately. We DO NOT want to impose this fee, so simply DO NOT go over the scheduled session time.

    Using Instagram during a recording session Updated

    We DO NOT allow for any unauthorized video or still camera use while in a recording session. You can clearly use IG before the recording session and directly after the recording session. We have our own video recording solution, if you are interested in recording your sessions.

    Studio Etiquette

    We DO NOT allow smoking of any kind in the studio. You can smoke outside in the parking lot, in the designated smoking area, if you wish to smoke at all.

    We do allow liquids into the studio, like water, coffee, teas, soft drinks and energy drinks. We also allow for the occasional alcoholic beverages, as long as the alcoholic beverages are presented in your episode in a way that makes sense for the content. We don't have a problem with alcohol, we just don't want it to be misused like a fraternity moment. We understand that some shows offer alcoholic mix drinks as a segment of their shows. We ask that you let us know in advance of your recording session that you are bringing alcohol into the studio.

    The studio is a shared environment. Please be sure to take care of it. We ask that you please be sure to leave with whatever you brought into the studio, like to go cups and other waste and recyclables. We have a garbage can in the waiting area for trash.
